Adam, former ruby professional (England Rugby Union, England Rugby League academy, London Wasps and Broncos Rugby League), is an enthusiastic, engaging and motivating fitness professional with a fun, friendly and caring nature.

He studied at St Mary’s University and graduated with a Sports Science and Strength Conditioning degree. During which he worked as an academy and second team strength and conditioning coach for Harlequins Rugby League.

The greatest satisfaction for him is enhancing the health and wellbeing of his clients and empowering them to evolve into a better version of themselves.

A keen athlete from an early age, Stephen began his personal training journey 13 years ago, completing a degree and multiple PT qualifications. He has always enjoyed the physical and mental rewards that follow a great training session, and is passionate about passing this joy and knowledge onto others. And well as individuals, Stephen has trained sports teams and has worked at multiple well known fitness chains in the past - even having the opportunity to work alongside two time Olympic decathlon champion Daley Thompson. His growing reputation in the industry allowed him to open his own studio in prime West London; he’s now an established figure in the local fitness scene, and is involved in a number of projects to ‘heal the world’.
