Raewyn has a huge breadth of experience in all aspects of wellness. Her interest in the field stemmed from years of battling with her own health issues and those of her family, meaning she knows both sides of the therapeutic relationship well. After graduating from Goldsmiths College with a BSc in Psychology in 2006, Raewyn has gone on to complete further professional qualifications in CBT, life coaching, hypnobirthing, smoking cessation, nutrition and rehabilitative pilates, further specialising in anxiety reduction, addiction, personal development and stress and weight management. In 2016, she re-trained as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, and is passionate about making a difference in the overall health of overwhelmed city-dwellers through nutrition, meditation and positive psychology.
Raewyn spent the last 6 years as Global Wellbeing Manager at a multi-national bank, where she developed group wellness programmes for those struggling with 21st Century chronic health conditions, such as stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, back and neck pain, and obesity. She was also a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness in the Workplace from 2015 – 2016.
